The Mini
Commonwealth Games |
This
September, the Isle of Man plays host to the Mini Commonwealth Games
Shooting Championships. The new shooting range at Slieu Lhost (
Windy Corner ) will be completed in time for these Games and will be the
venue for the Pistol Shooting events. As you can see from the picture
the range is still under development and Mike Howland, Pistol Co-ordinator
for 2001 is confident that it will be ready in time.
The 25m range will be ready for September, while the 50m range is scheduled
for completion next March.
